- You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- You own or have explicit permission to use any media you upload.
- You comply with all applicable laws and this Agreement.
This service is not available in jurisdictions where AI-generated adult content is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with local laws and regulations.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process images of minors under any circumstances (zero tolerance).
- Process images of individuals without their explicit consent.
- Create or distribute illegal, abusive, harassing, or deceptive content.
- Violate privacy, intellectual property, or personality rights.
- Use the Service for blackmail, exploitation, or harassment.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass limitations, or disrupt the Service.
Violations will result in an immediate and permanent ban, and may be reported to authorities where required by law.
4. User Content and Rights
You retain ownership of any media you upload. By using the Service, you grant Nudify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to process your content, temporarily store it, and deliver the results you requested.
You confirm that:
- You have all necessary rights and permissions for any content you submit.
- All depicted individuals have given consent where required.
- You are fully responsible for the content and its consequences.
5. Payments and Credits
Some features require credits or paid access.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
- Prices and credit policies may change at any time.
- Failure of payment may result in restricted access.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.
6. Privacy and Data Handling
We process data solely to fulfill your requests and run AI processing. Data processed may include your Telegram ID, uploaded images, and generated results.
We do not use your data to train AI models. Uploaded content may be automatically deleted after processing or stored temporarily for operational purposes. Payment card details are never stored — only transaction metadata (amount, date, status) is retained.

7. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy or quality of generated results.
- Suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudify and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or permanently ban your access if you violate this Agreement or if your activity is deemed risky or illegal. You may stop using the Service at any time. All outstanding obligations remain valid after termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
