Undress AI Not Working: Error Messages and Fixes
If undress AI is not working, read the exact error before you buy more credits or send the same file again. On Nudify Bot, failed jobs are not charged. A blurred free preview is not a failure. Failed vs Slow vs Blurred Preview
Three different states get lumped into "not working":
Failed - the bot names an error. No full result. No credit charge. Fix the input or the chat, then retry.
Slow - processing can take 1–5 minutes. Progress messages in the worker chat mean the job is alive. Waiting is not a bug.
Blurred preview - first generation is free and watermarked. If you can see a result under the blur, the model ran. Purchase any amount of credits for an unblurred file - none of the purchased credits are spent on it, meaning you've received preview for free!

Image Too Small
The photo is under 512×512. Telegram compresses aggressively if you send as a tiny file or a screenshot of a screenshot.
Fix: Export or share the original from the camera roll. Avoid cropping so hard that the remaining pixel box is a stamp. If the only copy you have is 300 pixels wide, that photo cannot be used - find another.
No Person Detected
The model could not find a person. Empty rooms, pets, memes, screenshots of text, and bodies so dark they merge with the background all trigger this.
Fix: One adult, clearly in frame, reasonable contrast against the background. Do not send a landscape with a person as a speck in the corner.
Group photos are a quality problem more than this error, but they can also confuse detection. Crop to one consenting adult.
No Face Detected
Age checks and orientation need a face. Neck-down crops, hair over the whole face, masks plus sunglasses, profiles in the dark, and some mirror selfies where the phone eats the face will fail here.
Fix: Face the camera. Keep the head in the shot. Use light that actually hits the face. This is the same requirement as age verification - explained in Why Undress AI Requires Age Verification.
Do not "solve" this by sending a photo of a child with a clearer face. That path is blocked on the next check, and it is illegal.
Underage Detected
Automated age screening refused the image before generation. Credits stay put. There is no skip button.
If the subject is a minor: stop.
If you are an adult and this is a false flag: send a well-lit, unfiltered, front-facing photo of your face. Do not cover the face to "look older." Do not ask for bypass instructions - there are none on this site.

Unknown Error
Server-side failure: GPU job died, timeout, transient glitch. Retry once. You were not charged.
If it repeats on a photo that already worked yesterday, wait and try later. If it repeats only on one file, try a different photo of the same consenting adult (format/corruption). If the worker chat is silent entirely, it may not be this error - see the next section.
Bot Not Responding (Wrong Chat)
The gateway (@nudify_main_bot) handles language, 18+ tap, payments, and the link to a worker. Photos go to the worker. Sending a photo only to the gateway, or sitting in a stale worker after a reset, looks like "undress AI not working" with no error table row.

Desktop Telegram behaves the same as mobile for this. You do not need a separate app.
